It is with pleasure that we announce that Diana Brusca McDonough has joined the firm as Partner. Admitted in 1983, Diana is a former Assistant District Attorney for Nassau County. She was an associate and partner in a New York litigation firm for nineteen years.
Diana distinguished herself as a dynamic litigator, specializing in commercial litigation. Diana will be focusing her efforts on civil litigation effecting lawyers and law fims; including contracts, firm formation and dissolution, etc. Diana will also handle civil appeals and appeals of disciplinary sanctions.
